By accessing or using Duty Simulator (“the Service”), operated by Anonymity Labs, Inc., you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Duty Simulator provides AI-powered customs classification assistance, including HTS code suggestions, duty rate calculations, and email integration features. The Service is designed to assist with import/export compliance but does not replace professional customs brokerage advice.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Promptly notify us of any unauthorized access
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. HTS classifications and duty calculations are suggestions only and should be verified by qualified professionals. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any classifications or calculations provided by the Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Anonymity Labs, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to damages resulting from incorrect classifications or duty calculations.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Anonymity Labs, Inc. and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

9. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request export of your data within 30 days of termination.

11. Governing Law

Anonymity Labs, Inc. is a Delaware corporation with its principal place of business in California. These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.
